These imported 5-1/2" long Hole Punching Parallel Pliers are for punching 1.3mm round holes in soft non-ferrous metals like gold, silver and copper up to 0.8mm thick (20 gauge). They have spring loaded handles so they always start in the open position. Made in Pakistan.
